Task: repair some water damage in the loudry room, refinish 400 sqft of redoak floors and stain with dark golden oak color and oil finish

Removing existing carpet, to sand hardwood floor underneath. a dark golden oak color sealer & stain was apply, and finish with two coats of polyurethane mind wax oil.Enrique sepulveda (510 235 9378)
we found a playwood patch,we have to replace it and make it desapear with new original red oak boards
