Hello, this is a web page with some information about my self and my experience with hardwood floors.
My name is Carlos Moya, I am 37 years old, from Guadalajara, Mexico. I am, besides other things, a hardwood floor technician. I have all you need to sand and refinish or to install new floors in your house.
I have been arround the Bay Area and chicago for the last 13 years, working in different harwood floor companies, such as "Flooring america", "The hardwood house" "rode bros" "abc floor " and some other small, one man companies. I have experience in installing, repairing,and refinishing, unfinished and prefinished or enginer floors.
I have knowlege of oil and water finish, I do prefer water finish because it is less toxic, but for crowded and traffic areas, offices, or rental homes, I do recommend oil for its durability and its shiny and expensive look.
